Richard is the owner and driving force behind Keypoint Mortgage Solutions. He is passionate about his business, and providing honest and professional advice to their customers. Whilst he operates the day to day running of the business, he is also an active adviser and has a strong knowledge and wealth of experience in the industry.

Richard’s career began working for the international accountancy practice, PricewaterhouseCoopers and he qualified as a financial adviser in 2001. Richard holds the Financial Planning Certificate and the Mortgage Advice Qualification awarded by the Chartered Insurance Institute. His career qualifications and sound business knowledge led him to set up his mortgage practice in 2004.

It’s not all work! Out-side of the office Richard enjoys spending time with his family, especially his children, the occasional drink with friends and meals out with his wife. He is a keen Formula 1 fan and insists the only way for him to revitalise is with a great family holiday!

Kevin joined Keypoint Mortgage Solutions in April 2019 and has provided a professional and friendly service ever since. He has worked within the financial services for over 25 years and is fully qualified with Financial Planning Certificates 1, 2 and 3 and Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice. Kevin’s favourite part of his job is working with the general public and helping them to make their dream house a reality with the best mortgage product available. Kevin is only ever a phone call away and can help throughout the process, from putting forward an offer to the estate agent to arranging relevant insurances before completion. Kevin always likes to put a smile on everyone’s faces in the office by regularly bringing in sweets and chocolates to the office.

Outside of work, Kevin loves watching sport and playing golf. He moved to Sheffield from Leighton Buzzard in 1987 and is now married with two grown up daughters. He also enjoys socialising with friends and family.

Interesting Fact about Kevin: Kevin specifically travelled to Australia to watch England test matches against Australia in Melbourne and Sydney.

Olivia started working for Key2go in August 2018 as an administrator. In May 2019, she moved to Keypoint Mortgage Solutions to become a mortgage administrator. Olivia is currently studying for her mortgage adviser qualifications. Her role at Keypoint is to handle the administration process, from the mortgage application to obtaining updates from the solicitor.

After leaving school in 2015, Olivia studied accounting and finance at Sheffield City College and worked part time in a jewellers. After finishing her qualification, she decided it was time for a change and wanted a full-time job. She now aims to give the best possible service by always being there to provide help and support during the process.

Outside of work, Olivia loves to travel the world on city breaks and long relaxing holidays. In 2019, she visited 7 different countries. When Olivia hasn’t the got the opportunity to get on a plane, you will find her at home baking or going out for a meal.

Interesting Fact about Olivia: Olivia has a very strange phobia of pennies.
